Sam Wilket's debut novel, A GOOD DAUGHTER’S GHOST (Annick Press, forthcoming fall 2026) is a YA paranormal horror story about a babysitter who longs for a life that might destroy her.
Her work also appears in publications including the Tahoma Literary Review and Coven of the East: Reclaiming Asian Women’s Magical Histories.
Sam lives in Toronto, Canada and her writing is influenced by her experiences as a second-generation Canadian of white British and Chinese descent, a member of a blended family, and a voracious reader with wide-ranging taste.
